The LUZAR brand has been producing cooling radiators since 2003, over the years of work, a huge experience in the production of automotive heat exchangers has been accumulated, and the number of manufactured products is estimated at millions. Since 2010, the development of products for popular «foreign cars» began, and since 2014, the production of radiators for trucks and special equipment has started.
At the moment, the range of manufactured cooling radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers is presented by 1475 different models and covers most of the vehicle fleet operated.
LUZAR radiators are manufactured using modern technologies. The technology of soldering radiators in a protective gas environment allows us to manufacture efficient aluminum cooling radiators with high heat transfer, due to high-quality thermal contact between the tubes and the fins of the radiator. In addition, the technology of producing prefabricated radiators is widely used, which is used for the most popular models of cooling radiators and makes it possible to offer consumers a low cost of the final product with sufficient heat transfer. The creation of our own heat engineering laboratory has become an important step in conducting our own research and developing the most efficient configurations of radiator cores.
Intercooler are used for diesel and petrol turbocharged engines – they provide cooling of the air entering the engine turbine, increasing the air density, which entails an increase in engine efficiency. The intercooler design is adapted to the passage of a large volume of air, the core tubes have an increased cross-section, and the internal partitions provide additional strength and improved heat transfer. The range includes intercoolers for cars, trucks, and special equipment.
The heater radiator creates comfortable conditions in the car's interior during the cold season. Given the compact dimensions, special requirements are imposed on the heat transfer of the heater. The LUZAR heater radiators use the most dense arrangement of tubes and core fins to achieve high specific heat transfer rates. The precise fit of the shape of the tubes and tanks of the heater radiator facilitates its installation in the heater body. Extensive manufacturing experience, the use of high-quality materials and our own research and developments guarantee excellent consumer performance of LUZAR radiators.
High-quality components are used for the production of LUZAR fans, special attention is paid to the brush unit, which directly affects the product's service life. The electric motor power is similar with the original product, so that the performance of the products also corresponds to the original products.
The blow motor provides forced ventilation inside the car, which is necessary not only for comfort but also for safe driving. LUZAR heater fans feature high performance and long service life due to the use of high-quality components. All products are supplied with balanced impellers. A wide range of LUZAR heater fans covers all popular cars on the Russian market. The lineup of cooling fans and blow motors includes 750 models.
The resistor is used to regulate fan speed. If the fan does not work correctly or at all, the resistor may need replacement. The LUZAR product range includes a wide variety of resistors for cooling fans and blower motors.
Fan clutches are part of the engine cooling system and are designed to maintain the required temperature by transmitting torque from the engine crankshaft to the cooling fan. The range includes viscous and electromagnetic clutches, available both with and without an impeller. In total, about 120 models are offered.
In modern cars, air conditioning has long ceased to be a luxury, and difficult operating conditions of cars lead to rapid failure of condensers, so the demand for air conditioning system components is growing every year. LUZAR condensers correspond to the original design and provide similar heat transfer characteristics and are already well known to car enthusiasts. At the moment, the range of condensers is 450 SKU and is expanded by new models every year.
The receiver-dryer is an extremely important component of the air conditioning system, preventing the formation of moisture in the system, it protects other elements from damage. It is an aluminum tank filled with an adsorbent (granules of synthetic zeolite) and a filter element. In addition to removing moisture, it also filters the system from small mechanical particles formed during the natural wear of components. Receiver-dryers are integrated into the condenser or installed separately in the high-pressure line. The LUZAR range includes variations of receiver-dryers in assembly and separate desiccants.
A/C compressor is an extremely complex mechanical unit consisting of many parts and at the same time expensive. Its service life does not always coincide with the general service life of the car, it often has to be replaced after 5–6 years of service. The exhaust gas recirculation valve is a component of the exhaust emission control system of both gasoline and diesel vehicles. The valve directs a portion of the exhaust gases into the engine’s intake tract, where the gas mixes with the intake air, reducing the oxygen concentration and reducing the combustion rate.
